BAPTISM PREPARATION TEAM

Baptism is the first of the Sacraments of the Catholic Church, that welcomes the newly baptized into the family of the Church and makes them one with Jesus in the most intimate way.

Our Baptism team welcomes parents with newborns or young children to our parish community and journeys with them in preparation to receive the Sacrament of Baptism.  Parents are invited to our Baptism Preparation evenings that occur the first Tuesday of every month.

On these evenings, we spend time with the parents and Godparents helping them to understand the promises they will make in raising their children in the Catholic Church, and establishing a support system for ongoing support.
